We are a family business working from our home forge in Co Mayo.

After travelling the world and a few career changes that took us from the ski slopes in Switzerland to the sugar cane fields in South America we have always been passionate about our craft. The concept of realising an idea sketching it down on paper and creating it so it commands a physical presence has always been appealing to us.

In 2010 we renovated our old barn which now houses the forge and gallery. We are registered members of the Crafts Council of Ireland and Irish Artists Blacksmiths Association.

“Our mission is to reintroduce The Nine Irons, this wonderful Amulet, to the craft market. A piece of our heritage that can be enjoyed by generations to come.

All the while creating practical and artistic pieces. Through this process we venture to keep our craft alive”

Our company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.

Corporate & Public Commissions

For many years we have been supplying a variety of hand forged products commissioned by the corporate and public sector.

Driven by a passion to pass on the skills that have been handed down to us over the years our "Introduction to Forging Skills" classes by appointment run throughout the year. Please contact us for more information.

In Ireland there is such a rich mix of craft people, so occasionally we work collaboratively to create individual pieces. We also run a variety of weekend workshops in the lost crafts of Mayo:

  • Blacksmithing,
  • Basket Weaving,
  • Wood Carving.

We would welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver you the best service in the industry.
